What are you trying to do that our product is not able to support?

I was trying to add a line of information with a link to a web page for more information. It did not allow me to make the link live

What is the reason that you need to be able to do this?

It was important info re: EU referendum and I wanted to direct people to a section of the university's website for more info.

What is the impact of you not being able to do this?

it looks clunky having the full web address rather than a live link

We have cancelled this feature request, as you are already able to achieve this in the system. The way to do this, is to use a 'Rich text' tile. When using this, you are able to create hyperlinks from words in the text editor. You can also use the heading functions, borders and shading, to make the information that you would like to, stand out.
