Ability to edit remote profiles from the remote location rather than home location.

Proposal

Researchers whose profiles are used remotely should be able to edit their profiles from the remote location as well as the home profile location. This feature is currently postponed as we are working on a larger review of the way that profiles are managed, which will incorporate this requirement
