A way to turn on the Altmetrics functionality for all profiles on a Haiku website at the same time.

Since the launch of the new Altmetrics functionality, we have discovered that site administrators may wish to turn on the Altmetrics functionality for all profiles at the same time. This is to make sure that profiles are consistent, and that if a person has not had a chance to log in and update their profile, it is easy to manage. In order to use the new functionality, please follow the documentation that can be found here.
