Make publications DOI field editable

Allow editors to update the DOI field on publications.
When launching the Altmetrics functionality, the first phase was to integrate it with the publications that are being pulled into the Haiku sites from Symplectic. In phase 2, we have opened up the integration and now you can update the DOI field on manually added publications. The DOI field is the identifier for the Altmetrics data to show. To use this functionality, navigate to the publication, enter the publications edit interface, select the 'Source' tab, and fill in the DOI link. This will then pull in the relevant information, if the Altmetrics functionality is turned on.
