Cover page templates

Cover page templates will be useful for having quick-start templates for editors to be able to build certain page types.

Cover pages are extremely flexible, sometimes this is a great thing, and sometimes this is not so useful. There is an appetite for a wider selection of predefined cover page templates for editors to use, rather than always having to start from a blank canvas. We will generate a selection of templates with specific purposes, as well as documentation as to why the layouts have been created with the purpose in mind. With the templates and the documentation to explain why the pages have been built in such a way, it will give editors more confidence to add content into cover pages and reduce the time taken to edit/add content for the more standard uses of cover pages.
